I am debating and IVA but I wanted to know what I could do about a car? I have a baby and when I return to work I will need a reliable car to take the baby to my mams everyday which is a good 20min drive. I currently have a car on hp which I would like to get rid of but I can lease a car from work for 130 a month would this be allowed? Thanks

First of all can you tell us how much you owe to your creditors and how much do you think you could pay on a monthly basis? It sounds like a reliable car is essential for you at the moment, so you should give this matter high priority and see what you will be left with at the end of the month. How much are your HP payments currently, and what is the value of the car and the amount you owe to the finance company.
