Hi is this due to a letter from uk bankrupcy or iva council arriving. I would speak to your IP about it. Many of us have had them.

Hi
'Under investigation',makes it sound like the company is under investigation by the regulatory body, whereas in reality it is the IVA Council,or a similar company[guessing]that is 'investigating'
Another clever sales ploy, just wonder how many people they net ?

This is a least the second in a couple of days that have posted similar. Its very bad and can cause iva's that are going smoothly to default and fail.

Hi
I just think that they are preying on vulnerable people,we all know that an IVA is tough and if one of those letters hit during a low then the chances are that the debtor will take this route, only to regret it later.
