hi when filling out the expenses section of forms do i put all expenses down or just my half of expenses, as husband pays half hope someone can advise thanks x

Just put down the overall household expenses and also your husband's income, so that the OR can take a balanced view about your overall family budget. Is your husband also declaring himself bankrupt?

yes he is , so should we both put everything and then put each other income? x

Yes - I think that will be best, as the OR will deal with you together rather than separately.

sjw me and hubby declared together and put the same things down on both forms it was so much easier, the OR saw me first then hubby, they normally see you seperately but because my hubby dyslexic they let me stay in on interview,but they did admit they had everything from my interview, good luck

It does vary from one OR office to another - However generally couples I have assisted have been dealt with together
