Could you please advise me on a debt matter.
If I have a debt that is over 6yrs old can this be sold to a collection agency for them to now chase me?

Hi ane and welcome to the forum

You can only argue statute of limitations if the creditor has not contacted you in the last six years, so if this is the case then they will not be able to pursue you.
