Does anyone know how long after IVA approved your name 'goes in lights' ie gets put onto the insolvency register? My creditors meeting was 2 weeks ago but still not on (not that I want it to be lol)

haha, Rollercoaster, that's a good way to describe it!! I thought it would have gone on more or less straight away. When we filed br it was on after a couple of days....mind you I couldn't find it listed under the court, had to search under our names.

I've searched all courts plus our names but nothing there. Hope this doesn't mean we really haven't been approved and it's all been one long dream!!!![:D] I'll just keep looking - you never know we may get lucky and slip thru the net. Doubt it[:o)]

Your IP must notify the Registrar within 4 days, so it is odd that it is not showing up yet.

That's strange Tristan, have you not asked your ip why you're not??? I would ask, but then again, my hubby says I need to know the ins and outs of a f**t.....

very strange im quite concerned my iva is with blair endersby they are crap so not too surprised

What'll happen if IP doesn't put it on? Will we be in trouble or the IP or nobody?

just a message to anybody whos considering an iva dont go with BLAIR ENDERSBY
