if i enterned into an iva would i be allowed to have a lease car, i work for the nhs as district nurse and i am allowed to have car for a fee deducted from may wage as i need a reliable car to do my job would this be allowed during the iva

There is no reason why you cannot have a leased car whilst in an IVA - but do consider what you will do when the lease expires. Will you be credit checked under your employer's scheme and denied the right to another vehicle due to the IVA?
