Also I am having to relocate my work place and being paid my excess hrough my wage how would this affect my IVA?

Hi
You have your annual review each year and fill out a new income and expenditure form. You will only have a variation meeting if your IP needs to consult your creditors for their approval of a change to your IVA.
I do not understand your second question I'm afraid, please clarify

Hi Andy
Sorry what I meant was my work have agreed to pay for the extra it is going to cost me to travel to work each day. This is paid each month into my wage and I get my agreed fare with it. How will this affect my iva?
Hope this makes sense

Hi
You would show it as income but then it should be cancelled out by increased travelling costs on your expenditure.
