i have just recieved a letter from one of my creditors natwest to whom i owe 15000 plus 8000 interest they want me to send a expenditure and income form in which they say is in the envelope provided but isnt i do not qualify for a iva or dmp no disposable income my repayment was 275 a month and they say if my offer of apayment is ok thats fine but if what im offering has a payment is no good they are passing over to there debt recovery team who will be in touch in the future does that mean ccjs court action or will they allow me to pay what i can afford

Hi there - sorry for the delay in my reply.
Well they ought to let you pay what you can afford - as in reality you cannot afford to pay any more!
I think that I suggested in an earlier post that you contact Paul at Reviva for help with these creditors. Can I urge you to do so, as he is excellent at negotiating settlements where neither a DMP or IVA will work, and he actually enjoys the thrill of creditor negotiation! Strange boy!

sorry hun havin a blonde moment even tho never been blonde lol but where can i get in touch with paul iv spoke to that many people my head is now a shed full of rubbish
