Hope everyone is well...just a quick question, does anyone know how long it is before your name comes off the insolvency website?...We got an early discharge in January but ours names are still on there, we shouldn't have been discharged until September will it stay on until then?

I think (someone please correct me if I'm wrong!) that your details will stay on the register for 3 months from the date of discharge.

I've just searched under my friend's name (she got ED in November) and she is no longer on the register.
