I am currently with an iva company who i feel arent doing the best they can for me as it's taken 14 months to sort out a change in circumstance request amongst many many other problmes! Can i change who i deal with and move the 9k ive already paid into it?

Unfortunately it is very difficult, nigh impossible, to change your IP unless you are prepared to go to Court and seek the appointment of a replacement. This is costly, and you would have to pay for this personally.

What particular change of circumstances do you need to discuss?
