Hi Melanie
Angela has arranged an appointment for me to come up to Cardiff on the 24th March. Have booked my train ticket & looking forward to it.How long after that meeting if all is ok will a creditors meeting be set up?

The meeting will generally last for about an hour and a half. Assuming that you confirm that you wish to proceed with an IVA, and the case fits creditor criteria following the gathering up of all the information I need, we can hopefully sign the proposals there and then and call your creditors meeting straight away.

I have just throught Mon 24th is a bank holiday, will you be working? I am ok if you are but understand if you will not be available.
