Welcome were not one of mine but you need to deal with them all in the same way. Tell them what youre doing about it, refer them to your IP or service provider and hang up. Or you could just tell them all youre not prepared to talk verbally with them as it is a waste of time, as I did but will respond to them in writing, which I also did.
Good luck, you will get there.

All of your creditors will be a pain to deal with Fergie. You will have to be strong and not buckle under and pay them anything. Just tell them what you are proposing to do, then put the phone down.

It is awful dealing with creditors, but my advice if it gets too much repeating the same thing to all of them when they call all the time, is just don't answer the phone.
Your IP will be comunicating on your behalf and they will keep ringing regardless of what you tell them as they will keep trying to get payments from you,
Be strong and you will get there

Make that call to an IP who will then take all the pressure of dealing with your creditors off you - He/she will write/fax them that you are about to propose an IVA (if that is the appropriate advice and the solution agreed)- this initially might not stop creditors (or their Collection Departments/Agencies) contacting you but it soon will. Make that call ASAP

In my career, I do not think that I have ever seen a rejection vote from Welcome Finance, but it is fair to say that I do not see them too often. They do seem to be supportive of IVAs generally, so I would not worry unduly about one single creditor.
If the IP you choose to represent you is happy that you are making a good offer, and the IVA is presented in line with current IVA protocol, there should be no reason why any creditor would reject the offer.
