Hello,

If I go bankrupt, and I have the only income in the familiy but the home is jointly owned with my wife what happens?

Can my wife still buy my share in the property, or does she need an income?

Hi
Well if she has the money then she can buy the share,at full market value.

How will your wife fund the purchase of your beneficial interest, if she has no income?
