hi all another question when in an iva you should have an annual review every year shouldnt you well mine should be march which still havent heard anything for this year and also last years i had to contact them myself to ask for one is this right and also last years my mortgage went up and other things went up as they do but they didnt reduce payments so really living beyond our means is this right too should it be reduced ao not and also what are we paying for hope you understand what im saying thanks again

They should contact you annually to review your income and expenditure. Give them a call or email your ip direct. I think you can get e mail addresses on iva.com

It could just be that they are busy. I would give them a ring though and insist that you do a new I&E form.

They should do one every 12 months, but it's not the first time I have heard that they have failed to do one.
