Well here we are,creditors meeting set for tomorrow!
it feels slightly surreal when i look back to October,finding out about the debt was such a shock, then going to the CAB,eventually going with Melanie's team,coping with all the creditors contact etc, trying to read up on IVA's &BR. there has been so much to take in.
whatever the outcome tomorrow i'd like to say thankyou to Melanie,Tina,Darryl & Claire for their patience,especially at times when i've been so afraid.
this board is a real life line. if you believe in prayer..please send one up for us!

Best of luck Rosepetal but I am sure you will be fine. You have a great team behind you and Melanie would not propose an IVA she did not have the fullest confidence in.

Thankyou so much Michael for such a positive reply! we've got everything crossed! it feels quite strange to be saying ,"it's tomorrow"!!!!!!!! oh my goodness!

Good luck rosepetal - let us know your result.
This time tomorrow you will have started your IVA journey and will be looking forwards to a debt free life. Five years seems along time, but believe me get over the first six months, you will settle into life in a budget and it will become second nature. You will learn to look for the sale items and learn to save a little here and there to allow you to have the occasional treat !
