Well i have paid my final payment of my IVA. I have had 5 long years and finally got there!

Grant Thornton have sorted this for me in the last 2 and half years, I called them to see if i can just cancel the Direct Debit, and they have already done it, its not on my internet banking 'standing orders' anymore!

Wow...cannot describe how i feel! Seems so strange! But so proud of myself!!

Thanks again guys!

well 'nepensioner' i actually get married in less than 2 weeks, so wil get married, head on honeymoon and then when we come back have a real good save for the nice things in life. Looking forward to having some extra money, seeing me actually having some savings, and so i can treat myself to a new car at some point. It has taught me soo much about the value of money, i wouldnt change the way i have done things.

Congrats on getting married and it's interesting to read that you have learnt the value of money, I've never had any respect for money only just started to learn it in the last year and that is exactly how I want to feel at the end of this! Fantastic!
