Just wanted to say thank you and give credit (no pun intented) where its due. Carol picked up my post and commented today asking me to get in touch. I have received an email this afternoon from a lady called Claire telling me that my final review has been completed and that they confirm it has been passed to closures. I know that this process can take a while but knowing thats where we're at as enough for me at present. I now know that its just a waiting game and I will jump for joy when we receive our completion certificate. Thanks again GT for the update.

Prepare to wait a long time. At the moment it appears the GT are taking an excessive amount of time to do closures. In my case i've been waiting 10 months for my certificate. Keep pestering them although you'll only be able to do this by email as the closure team have no phone lines (my bum they don't!).

I hope you have better luck with GT then I am having and congrats on finally being free

Hi Gizmo, Just posted on your thread! Thanks for congrats. My email from GT said that there in the process of getting dedicated phone lines too for closures, hopefully that isnt far off.

Nice for Karol to be acknowledged and I'm sure she will appreciate that.
