Hi, Would just like to say thank you to all the advise I received during the completion of my IVA, Andy Davie and Melanie Giles especially for helping me with information in regard to my 4th year Equity release clause.

I know its a little late, but I received my Certificate of Full implementation on 17th January 2013 after nearly 6 years of graft to complete.

I feel relieved and refreshed. Indeed, I have received refunds of PPI payments made to loans before I entered into IVA and this forums guidance has been wonderful. I would like to offer my experience and guidance now to helps others achieve similar results.
