I had my variation meeting today and my creditors are accepting payments made to date as Full and Final settlement.I can't thank Mel and her team enough,life has changed dramatically since I started this process and I am not able to maintain my payments due to my partners illness and loss of earnings.The support and help that I received from Gill over the past few months has been second to none and Leighton in helping me with the final loose ends,but bless him he even had to deal with me blubbing on the phone today giving me the good news!!I have spent the past 4 years watching this forum and always thank my lucky stars that I found it which led me to Mel and her team and to all of you,it is always nice to know that there were people out there like me going through the same fears and worries. Thanks again to all[:)]

And for some further good news - I have closed your case tonight and your Completion Certificate is in the post. Thank you for being such a helpful client to work with over the last few years, during which you have suffered from some terrible times. You really now do need to look after that lovely partner of yours, and enjoy being debt free.

So pleased you can move on and focus on your family. Well done to Mel's team .... As always excellent customer service provided throughout.

I totally concur with your initial post fbdo. I too have benefitted from Mel and her wonderful team including Gill and Leighton (I loved speaking to him on the phone with his calming voice and lovely accent )

My IVA began in June 2008 after an anxious few months and concluded this summer. My completion certificate was issued from Mel within 6 weeks and I dropped off the insolvency register almost immediately.

It was a hard slog but whenever I had any questions or concerns Gill was just an email away and even today I had a query and Gill got back to me within hours. That is great customer service considering I am really no longer a customer!

Thank you Mel and team for guiding me through the whole IVA process from start to finish so helpfully and professionally, I will be forever indebted (nice pun!) to you all.

Now I have some spare cash every month I might save and invest in Mel and her team!!!

Onwards and upwards fbdo. The future is bright and DEBT FREE ))) xx

Sorry should have updated sooner but I received my Completion Cert on 31/10/13 is was issued on the 30/10/13.That is one amazing IP I have!!
