Hi all

I received a letter today with a document attached that reads:
Notice of Full Implementation to All Creditors Bound by the Arrangements of XXXX and XXXX

Is this a CC? Sorry to ask such a daft question but I am really not sure. I was expecting a certificate that I could frame up on my wall - lol not really but I think you get the meaning :)
What must I do now. I am still showing on the insolvency register and I bet I am still showing on the Credit Agencies. So what is the plan of action that I should take from here?

Sounds like a CC -- it should go on to say that the Supervisor is no longer acting or has any interest.

They are all non-descript bits of paper -- noth impressive at all.

They will send a copy to the Insolvency Service and you will come off the register within three months.

Hopefully, they will also inform the credit reference agencies ( mine did). The IVA will remain on their records for 6 years from the start date, but will show as completed.

HI Foggy, thank you for responding so quickly. It states and I quote:
"I, xxxx a licensed insolvency pratictioner of xxxxxx being the supervisor of the voluntary arrangements of the above named creditors, hereby give notice that the voluntary arrangements of have been fully implemented. I will now vacate office and cease to act as supervisor of the voluntary arangements"
Is my assumption that I am finally free of the IVA correct?
Unfortunately my IVA started in 2011 so I believe my records will still show until 2016 - again am I correct?
I read somewhere on the forum - i forget where - that I could send my details to insolvency register and they would remove me within 24 hours - did I understand this incorrectly?

Thanks for your help, I really appreciated it.

Yes, that is the CC !

You are free of the IVA. And debt free.

The IVA will remain of the credit files until March 2017.

People have come off the register within 24 hours -- I stayed there for 3 months to the day! To be honest, if you come off before the three months, it is an error on their part ( but one they often make). But is a bonus.

Thank you for the clarification Foggy. I am so happy that it is finally behind us.

The best part for me was that we always told our creditors that we would pay them back and we did - 100p / £. I know they lost out on interest but since the debt was made by fictional money that they banks created, I don't have much sympathy - but that is a whole other conversation.

Yippeee for a great Christmas Present. :)
