Hello folks - I've just registered with the forum but I have been doing a lot of reading on here over the last couple of months - so would like to thank you all for giving me the courage to finally face up to the fact I need to enter an IVA!
I am just about to fill out my I & E form and was wondering if there are up to date guidelines any where - I have been looking at this
http://www.wkda.org.uk/downloads/expenditure_guide.pdf but not sure how up to date this is?
Many Thanks!

The guidelines are actually a range between a minimum , guideline and maximum for each category and those look to corelate with the 2015 figures I have ( they do not change drastically from year to year). Some firms will not accept all of those categories, but put down everything you can think of and put down what you actually spend if over and you can back the spend up.

Thanks Foggy, we're pretty much at the guidelines for most of these although we do come under on a couple so i'm hoping it will be acceptable! *fingers crossed*

The figures quoted by Beat My Debt are mid range, some can be stretched.

Thank you - has anyone ever been asked for fuel receipts? I have bills/invoices for all the other 'big' expenses - but have never bothered keeping fuel receipts. As far as I can see though we are well within in the guidelines at about £100 per month...
Just wondering if I should start keeping them...

I would kerp them for the next month or two so you have them should you be asked to evidence it but it should not be necessary.
