Hi all!
? about ppi. just received a cheque from MBNA on a credit card I had.I had the card for approx 4~5 years. with a monthly payment in that time around 80~100 pounds a month. The cheque amount I received was £19.75?
although I was not expecting a huge amount and to be honest did not know I had ppi on this card and the fact that mbna sent me a letter stating that I was effected by mis selling. thought the amount would be higher? Any thoughts, does this amount seem about right? Tried ringing mbna, but cannot get to speak to anyone.

If you are in an IVA, this could be the interest payment. Did you give authority to your IP firm to investigate PPI mis-selling?

This payment is including interest. I have the breakdown of monies that came with the cheque. My IP was informed prior to recieving the cheque, I was told then that I would be able to keep all the amount . Did not know amount at that time though.
