If you have credit cards, loads, overdrafts, and want to get an early feel if you were miss sold PPI Insurance,

then will your credit card statements (from the past 5 years, yes they are kept) Will they have something on the statement which states

the Payment of the PPI on the paper (or online) statement? something like this?

Like in this example

AUGUST 2016 STATEMENT

B&Q £18 on 16 August 2016
Esso Petrol £32
Tesco superstore £40 on 17 August 2016
*PPI - £12.43, paid out on 21 August 2016 for example,
Payment received £100 on 25 August 2016

Is that the case? (in the bold part above)
that if you have PPI then it WILL show on previous statements
in something like the above format?

or not it will not necessarily will be showing?

It could do -- but it might not ! Sometimes it is rolled into a monthly "fee"

I would doubt it. I never seen any reference to PPI in statements I got from creditors. I just blanket mailed them all.
