Hi,
I'm trying to set up a business (with a friend) as well as holding a full time job. Hopefully this will allow me to pay more but obviously at the outset, there would be other bills. these should be covered by the money coming in to the business, (general handiman etc). Can I legally open a business account, no credit etc required, the friend is the money part of the business.
Your help as ever is appreciated.

assuming you're in an IVA paulf? I would definitely discuss this with your IP and so long as your accounts are in order this may realise more money to be paid into the IVA in the long term, which will increase the dividend for your creditors so my opinion is it's a good idea.
