Dispute regarding the firm called:
Freeman Jones -
Background:
They are failing to give the Financial Ombudsman copies of our IVA paperwork despite having written authority from ourselves. We are attempting to claim back bank charges from the Nationwide, who are not one of our creditors under the IVA so I also intend to fight the IVA taking those monies but will cross that bridge when I come to it. How can not working with the Ombudsman to try and get us a few hundred pounds be acting in our best interests. The Nationwide have already turned the claim down anyway but the Ombudsman have said they will look at it again if Freeman Jones send them the appropriate paperwork. I have given Freeman Jones until Friday 13th November 2009 to co-operate before I take further action with a complaint to somebody in authority at Freeman Jones.

Nature of dispute:

Failure to co-operate with Ombudsman re bank charges claim.

Dates of relevance:

October 2009 onwards
Contact names:

Why can't you give the copies of the paperwork direct?
