Hiya all.
I wondering if anyone can help >?
In March last year we had our Full and Final offer accepted by creditors, Grant Thornton (IP) stated that they will takew approx 3 mths to close down and issue documents etc etc.
In September i contacted them asking what was going on and told that there was an "issue" and that the final payments has some issues and they were being recalled. Ok i thought i will leave it another mth or 2
In November i was told the same story with regards to the payments and told to "bear with us"
It is now Feb and nearly a year later im being told the same issue exists. This is compounded by the fact in Sept 10 i undertook working for a charity, the charaties commission has now contacted me asking for my immediate resignation as im still in an IVA - i have sent all docs involving the final meeting but fear they are after the "closure cert?"
Can anyone help suggest a way that i can get help to stick a rocket up the backside of Grant Thornton who lets face it have sat on this for the best part of a year and are no further forward to clearing this down.
Thanks all
