Am I right in thinking that the default notice should be dated the same as when the IVA started.

Checked my credit reports last night and all the debts under the IVA have gone apart from the loan with Nationwide the default notice is dated 7mths after the IVA started.

Is it worth me writing to them and trying to get the date changed and at the same time removed so I can try and move forward.

Another question, Nationwide have agreed at last to change the default date and they are offering £100 compensation will this have to go to the IVA company

I would have thought not -- you have your certificate of completion and, PPI apart, your IP is no longer acting.
