the iva company phoned me this morning to say theyve investigated internally and theyre satisfied they followed proper procedure

i said im still not happy and theyve escalated it to go to an independant complaint

Sorry to hear you are having problems. I am concerned as well as I am now in my last year and Santander have not confirmed the owed balance for mine either. I was told that they don't always claim but the debt would still be cleared at the end. I am worried in case Santander do the same to me.

I will keep my fingers crossed that you sort this soon.

hi pod

i would recommend keeping on at them for a stat,ent or something to onfirm the amount and that it is covered by the iva

independant section phoned me last week to sayy theyeve got the notes and ask me my side of it

apparently its still my debt hopefully might get some charges refunded though

i will also complain through the gateway though

all seem to be blaming each other santander saying they werent updates iva company saying they told them

hi i do apologise what with evything goingon i forgot to update

the latest is no wrong doing was caused by the iva they apprently"tried" several times to contact santander with no response so done all they could

im now waiting for a response from a offical complaint to santander-im really not holding my breath though

its ben very stressful few months and it isnt over although ive com to terms with still being in debt i am very disappointed with the independant outcome

Hi - to be fair to your IP as long as they sent formal notices to Santander then it sounds as if they have done their part. Good luck with your complaint against the Bank, I hope it gets resolved.
