Are there any companies that specialise in funding a debtor in an IVA with car finance?

I know a couple of brokers that have a few lenders who will still help people in IVAs, and will send you the details when I get to the office.

Can I just add, we used a broker whose details we had from Melanie. He really was great and found us a deal suitable for our needs and circumstances.

Swans_girl - I read your blog regarding possibly keeping your home when you enter BR, is this possible? I will give full details of my situtation later but am in a similar situation to yourself. Good luck for tomorrow!

Hi Binx - yes if your home has little or is in negative equity, a 3rd party can buy the beneficial interest of the property from the OR. In our case, its only my hubby who will hopefully be going BR, our house is in negative equity, so I will be able to buy the interest.
