We are in the process of moving house and rang Clearstart this morning with new house details but was met with a box office number to contact does anybody know what is happening have they closed down ?Do we continue with our payments?

Don't panic, ring the number they gave you and keep making your payments.

Their case files have been transferred to their parent company Debt Free Direct who are now taking over the administration of the case directly so I understand.

I just called the supervison dept. at Clearstart and i have been told letters are on there way to explain about the transfer to parent company Debt Free Direct. I was told nothing to worry about and to carry on as normal. I should still have the same IP.

you wont have the same IP as it is a change of company but the admin of the iva should im told remain the same
