Does anyone have a link to what i need to take with me to the courts on Thursday i know i need 3 copies of the insolvency forms but what else.
Why oh why oh why do they make this proccess so hard you would think they dont think br is not stressful enough without having to search hi and low for all the info.

Echo Kallis on this. Sorry I can't be more help but chin up and an expert will let you know what you need. Try to relax - have a glass of wine - you may as well treat yourself now if you can afford it it will help your inner spirit.

All we took was our forms, the fees and any cards, if you have any, as you have to hand them in to the court clerk,

We just took 3 copies of the forms and the fee. Didn't take any cards and wasn't asked for them.
