just got my date for the creditors meeting-25th june. have been expecting the usual phone calls for the past 3 days. only the halifax have been a pain so far, constant phone calls from a computer not even a human being to speak to. today though we decided to speak to them rather than not answer the phone and surprise!!! littlewoods and rbs have been really understanding and said they will stop the phone calls now we have explained our situation, they are human after all!! i dont feel as apprehensive now about answering the phone. just nervous aiting for the meeting.

Hi There,
Stay calm, I was nervous too before my creditors meeting but what will be will be and the community here will help you as much as possible - you are not alone. Be prepared the calls may start again at any time, but calmly tell them when the creditors meeting is and they should give you peace (they did with me).
Fingers, toes, legs, arms crossed and rooting for you,(keeping eyes straight as if the wind changes...... I also found the halifax a tad difficult - but I changed bank and since the creditors meeting they have been fine and despite advice to the contrary they have not closed my account. Mind you maybe that's because I moved my wages....)
Rooting for you,
Hugs,
Chardonnay

Good luck for the 25th and good news about the calls you answered, I remember too well not wanting to answer the phone.
