Hi all!

Just would like to let you know that i've hopefully got a private rented property and we will be moving in in 3 weeks so i will be busy busy busy! Ive had a phone consultation with the Consumer Credit Council and they sent me the results of their findings so we will be filing for bankruptcy once we've moved and settled into the new house- i found them extremely helpful so if any of you need help give them a ring and they are very supportive and will put everything in writing for you to send to your creditors to inform them of your current situation and they also gave me numbers of Agencies that would help me through the bankruptcy and finding alternative accommodation.

I will keep you posted of the move and bankruptcy.
