I would to thank my case officer for the efficiency and effectiveness with how they have handled my IVA since its transfer from Debtmatters(I have now realised how poor Debtmatters were).
I have had several queries answered in quick time and with a satisfactory reply.
Last Saturday I posted my I/E sheet to them. Thursday I received a letter back saying no change in my payment but if I was unable to maintain my current payment I would have to reduce my expenditure as some of my allowances were higher than the guidelines(ie. contingency fund, social/hobbies, house maintenance).
Well done Grant Thornton and to all of us transfered from Debtmatters I recomend them and you should have no worries - a far cry from when we first transfered and were worried about our future.
