Hope you dont mind me asking a few questions...

I have been away for a couple of weeks on business, can you please advise me if you or your scottish team have any news regarding NR decision for my wifes Trust deed? It has been around 1 month now since she was not granted protected status.

Finally she does go down the sequestration route (using Phillip Gill as our Trustee) what will happen to the 3 x £200 payments my wife has paid towards the trust deed?
