Oh Hallway, I'm so sorry to hear your news - that's not a good thing to happen.

Is it definite that he will lose it? If so, you will have to get in touch with your IP and tell them. Not had any dealings with Blair Endersby myself, but I would try to get hold of them sooner, rather than later.

Oh Hallway, I'm so sorry to hear that. Please don't talk about ending it all - there will be a solution.

As Kallis says I would contact BE as soon as possible to pre-warn them.

Good luck, and let us know how you get on x

Speak to your Supervisor, a variation can be put forward to your creditors giving you a payment holiday for say six months or until your husband finds another job. Better to do this now rather than waiting for 2-3 months time when the IVA is on the point of failing.

Hallway, I'm so sorry, please don't have those dark thoughts, there will be a way through. You and your husband are more important than anything. I'm sure BE will not want your IVA to fail. We're all here for you. Viki X

Life is precious Hallway,so please dont be tempted to end it all,I am sure there are a million reasons to live, its just that they are often put to the back of the mind in situations such as yours.

Speak to your IP asap and let them know whats going on. Forwarned is forearmed. You will get through these trying times, after all you have managed to get 15 months into an IVA.

Dont give up.

Paul.

Just wanted to reinforce everything that everyone else has said. Try contacting your IP direct to cut out any misunderstandings that can sometimes occur when a third party is involved. There will be a solution.

Hope you are starting to feel a little more positive please let us all know how you get on. XX

I would contact your ip they should be able to give you a payment break till your husband finds work this ovcourse will have to be added to the end of the iva it is in no ones interest to fail the iva.I would then hopefully after your husband finds a job take insurance out to protect your payments from any futher redundancies this extra expense will be added to your income and expenditure as it benefits both partys. Please stay strong and focused your husband WILL find a job and you will both be debt free and enjoying your life together sooner than you think.

good luck

Will your husband be entitled to any form of redundancy payment if he does lose hs job?
