we have had an iva now for 36 months they alowed in this our family allowance and tax credit? In a year we loose this what will happen we pay £468 we are on a low pay and even though we can survive just this year we are really concerned about that final year. If we had to go bankrupt which we have talked about this past month we would loose job and home. Can you help was it right that they took the other money as well as pay into consideration.

Yes family allowance and tax credits are taken into account.
Have a read through your proposal because speaking from our own experience, they may have added a deduction in ready for when the time comes, they did with us.

When we filed br, hubby's working tax credit was used to bring our disposable income up over the limit. I questioned the OR and she said that ALL income could be used, even child maintainance and allowance. I think it depends on your ip/OR to be honest.

Hi
When you lose these benefits in a year your IP will call a variation meeting and ask your creditors for your payments to be reduced. It shoulde be straight forward

If you are losing the allowances, are you perhaps losing some of the expenditure - ie are your children no longer at home or working themselves?
