I am paying into an IVA but will shortly have to retire because of Parkinson's disease. My wife and I want to move to Lithuania (my wife's a resident of this country) so will we be allowed to do this move and under the circumstances can I ask for the monthly payments to be reduced?

If you are struggling to meet the payments, you can contact your IP who will send you a new income and expendature sheet to fill in.
You could move while the IVA is in place providing it doesnt affect your ability to pay your IVA contributions and you keep contact with your IP so he/she knows where you are.

As your income is bound to be significantly reduced, and this is a fairly big move for you, are you sure that bankruptcy does not now represent a better option for you?

Hi
I agree with Mel
Bankruptcy would be the best solution and will allow you to enjoy your life in full
Good luck
