by 12 months to go
Alls well that ends well trixie

I also note your profile says 18months left to go; before you know it this is 12 months , then 9 months etc and you will be there. My last 18 months flew and i used to count them down

Hopefully you are over the hardest part and their is light at the end of the tunnel.

Hang on in there, keep being tight with cash even if theres a month when you seem to have done ok, so that if you want a treat or have an unexpected emergency things are not too bad.

Best wishes and good luck with your countdown

Thank you lovely forum people who undertand what I am going through. I feel great today! card safely locked away in safe for use for company necessities only. I HATE cards!! I have managed to live without any for many years now but I understand why my company wants one just in case.
As for 18 mths to go...sadly I actually have 30 mths to go. But I don't know how to make my profile say the correct amount. I was put into a 6 year IVA not a 5 year one! I have struggled through all these years and slowly, slowly, slowly the months go down. One day it will all be over...

Dear All
I have a really similar situation and I am hoping someone might be able to help.
I went bankrupt in Jan 2010. Today 25/02/2013, my work are asking me to fill in to take out a company credit card, with my name on it. The small print says i may get credit checked (which i would fail) .
Can anyone confirm if this is a definitive thing or not? My company has excellent credit and score, so i have nothing to worry about from that point of view.

Any help, advice, or pointers, really would be appreciated.

Thanks

D
