I cant open an business bank account because am in an IVA-but these people say they can do it on your behalf, this is the company: ltd-companies.
Any one had any dealings with them?

Have you tried Barclays Bank, they offered me a business account with cheque book and debit card 2 months after i was discharged from Bankruptcy
