If I went into an IVA agreement would I still be able to be a Trustee and I am hoping to set up a Communhity Interest Company and I would be Managing Director would I still be able to.

There is no prohibition on you being a company director whilst in an IVA but your ability to act as a trustee depends on the constitution of the trust

Hi m4321,

There would be no problem with you being a managing director and being in an IVA. However you may need to check the terms and conditions of you being a trustee, if it refers to individual arrangements then this will hinder your stance.
