Hi,

I just wondered I am coming upto my first annual review. I have a lifetime ISA which currently doesn’t have much in there. Do IVA companies have access to see these accounts exist?

I doubt it -- but things do have a habit of appearing from out of the woodwork ! If there is, indeed, not much in there it shouldn't be a problem anyway, apart from the fact that it wasn't declared in the first place.

I don't think they can check but you can save while you are in IVA, there is no problem. As long as the money is coming from agreed living expenses budget then the savings cannot be touched by your IVA company. It is your money which you can keep for emergencies. It is better to tell them if you are earning more during an arrangement and from the additional income you need to pay just 50 percent extra.
