IP Resigning

I have received a letter this morning from my Practioner is explaining that she resigning from my IVA and that I will be changing firms. How will this affect my IVA?
It shouldn't affect it materially -- the new IP is still bound by the agreed terms, however, they might interpret things a little differently or have diffferent protocols within the broad framework.
Might I ask who the firms involved are ?
