It looks like this will happen in our case - I am meeting our IP on Thursday and she has said she will have to apply for an interim order to give some breathing space - do any of you have experience of these orders and if so what the process is?

i think it is firly standard procedure, it means while the iVA is sorted out the creditors cannot touch you.
