reading some recent posts about ip charges effecting ivas just wondered if anyone can tell me if my chosen firm debt matters have any bad traits i should be aware of

Sorry I cannot answer your question about IP fees or the company, did you shop around though? It is a good idea to do this just to make sure. There are good and not so good companies, who seem to 'sell' IVA's. I just wanted to say, an IVA is a huge commitment and you need to be sure that you feel comfortable and have had all your options explained.
