I don't have a contract where I am currently renting and my name isn't on any of the bills. Altogether I am paying nearly £700 but a month on rent and bills but pay into the two owners joint bank account and they pay everything. Will this affect my chance of getting an IVA as I can't prove what its all for?

You will need to get a letter from the property owners confirming exactly how much you pay each month and what it relates to. This can be handed to the IP as evidence of payment - and I assume you also have bank statements which will support this?
