if i apply for an iva can we apply in joint names, because its both of our debt? and will i have to give my caravan up (its on finance)
Hi nicola and welcome to the forum
If you have joint debts then you both may need to propose an IVA to avoid one of you continuing to be pursued under joint and several liability.
I think that it is most likely that you will be required to give up your caravan, unless there is a special purpose for it - ie it is your home!
