Can I change my IVA that I currently have to another company
I am not happy with my present IVA company.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I am not 100% sure but from what I have read on here once you are in that IVA you are pretty much stuck with them.... What issues are you having?

Hi eri

If your IVA has already been accepted by creditors then the only way the IP can be replaced is by Court Order or a specific resolution of creditors. These transfers are usually carried out in only exceptional circumstances such as the death of an IP, or a move to a new firm.
