I'm from N. Irleand so cannot be traced on that site. I don't know how they would trace this info for insolvent persons in NI. Would be interesting......

Not quite chaps! I also practice in Northern Ireland and can assure you that the DETI have a similar site which can be accessed on-line.
There is no escape I am afraid!

I have accessed that DETI website before and could not find where i could search me having been registered as insolvent - i didn't find it very user friendly. Have you ever been able to search for involvent persons from NI online? If so, would you kindly provide the link as I would be interested to see my own details on-line.

Well, it was a nice idea while it lasted.
I wonder if 'Official Searches' automatically check the NI register tho. . . .
