Hi lorne

Could I ask why you would want to do this ?

An IVA is a fairly long term commitment, and if you are in the early stages most have your payments will have gone in fees, so even if you can get out of it the best you may expect is to be back to square one.

Well your IVA would have to be ended first - and this could only really be done if you defaulted on the payments and your IP failed the arrangement.

Doesn't seem a sensible option to me, but if you post more information about your reasons perhaps we can understand a little better.

It sounds to me as if you have not been correctly advised about the IVA. Have you had any contact at all with your IP? When was the IVA accepted? How do you expect your IP to be paying creditors if you have not yet made any contributions?
